Service Overview

MomoMama Japan provides baby gear rental services for families traveling in Japan.

Our rental items may include but are not limited to:

• Baby travel cribs

• Strollers

• Baby carriers

• Baby toys and accessories

• Other baby travel equipment

Items are rented on a temporary basis and must be returned according to the agreed rental period.

Reservations and Booking

All bookings are subject to availability.

Customers must provide accurate information when submitting a rental request, including:

• Name

• Contact details

• Delivery location

• Rental dates

A reservation is only confirmed after:

1. Availability is confirmed, and

​

2. Payment instructions are issued and completed.

MomoMama Japan reserves the right to decline any booking request.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled return date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are available for collection or return at the agreed time.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available within Tokyo and selected areas of Japan.

Some items may also be shipped nationwide depending on availability.

Delivery and return arrangements will be confirmed prior to the booking.

Customers must ensure that:

• Delivery details are accurate

• Someone is available to receive the item when required

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional fees may apply.

5. Item Use and Responsibility

Customers agree to use all rental items responsibly and according to normal household use.

Customers are responsible for:

• Keeping items clean

• Avoiding misuse or damage

• Supervising children while using the equipment

• ​

Items should not be:

• Modified

• Disassembled

• Used for commercial purposes

6. Damage, Loss, or Excessive Cleaning

Normal wear and tear is expected.

However, customers may be charged for:

• Significant damage

• Missing parts

• Irreversible stains

• Loss of items

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

7. Returns

Return instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

For shipped items, a return shipping slip may be provided for convenience.

Customers must ensure items are returned:

• In reasonable condition

• With all included parts and accessories

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking.

In general:

• Cancellations made before delivery may be eligible for a refund

• Once items are delivered, refunds may not be available

9. Liability Disclaimer

MomoMama Japan provides baby equipment that meets general safety standards.

However, customers acknowledge that:

• All baby equipment must be used under proper adult supervision

• MomoMama Japan is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety of their children.

• Modify rental terms

• Adjust pricing

• Update services
