Delivery Methods

Tokyo Area
Delivery and pickup may be arranged in person by the MomoMama Japan team, depending on location and schedule.

Outside Tokyo (Nationwide)
Items will be delivered via courier shipping service (such as Yamato Transport) to your hotel, Airbnb, or residential address.

Delivery Timing

​

Items are usually shipped 1–2 days before the rental start date to ensure arrival on time.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier schedules.

Receiving the Package

​

Please ensure that your hotel, Airbnb host, or accommodation can receive packages on your behalf.

Once the package has been delivered to the accommodation, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Returns

​

On the scheduled return date, please leave the rental item at the hotel front desk or concierge.

The return shipping cost is already included in your order, and a prepaid return shipping slip will be provided with the rental item.​
