Q: What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver baby gear directly to hotels and Airbnbs across Tokyo. Shipping is also available to other cities across Japan including Osaka, Kyoto, Yokohama, Fukuoka and more — just let us know your location when you enquire.
Q: How do I book?
Simply browse our Baby Gear Rentals page, choose what you need, and send us an enquiry with your travel dates and hotel address. We'll confirm availability and send you a quote within a few hours. You can also reach us on WhatsApp for a faster response.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your arrival. During peak seasons (March–April cherry blossom, July–August, December–January), we suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead.
Q: Is the baby gear clean and safe?
Yes! Every item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Items are inspected before and after every booking. Your baby's safety and comfort is our top priority.
Q: What age and weight is the gear suitable for?
It depends on the item. Some examples:

Q: How is gear delivered and collected?
For hotels, we deliver to the front desk and collect from the same location — you don't even need to be there. For Airbnbs, we coordinate a convenient handover time with you directly.
Q: Can I use the gear across multiple cities?
Absolutely! We can ship gear ahead to your next hotel using Yamato Transport. Just share your full itinerary and we'll arrange everything.
Q: What if the gear gets damaged?
Minor wear is completely expected — babies will be babies! For significant damage, we assess on a case-by-case basis. Just contact us as soon as possible and we'll work it out together.
Q: Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental start date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Contact us as early as possible for any changes.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Yes! Renting a crib and stroller together? We can put together a bundled quote for you. Just tell us what your family needs and we'll find the best option.
