Standard delivery:

• Hotels in our direct-service areas: Front desk delivery by 3:00 PM on the first rental day

• Airbnbs and residences: Select an available two-hour time slot. Someone must be present throughout the selected window for a face-to-face handover

• Other areas of Japan: Courier delivery; book at least three days ahead​

Same-day delivery is available in our direct-service areas, subject to availability and preparation time. We’ll confirm the delivery time after receiving your order.

Airport delivery is unavailable. Please select an accommodation address.

Returning your gear is hassle-free.

 

For hotels, simply leave everything with the front desk after check-out — we'll collect it after 12:00 PM on the same day at no extra cost.

 

For Airbnbs or private residences, we'll arrange collection at a time that works for you during your final day.
