Standard delivery:

• Hotels in our direct-service areas: Front desk delivery by 3:00 PM on the first rental day

• Airbnbs and residences: Select an available two-hour time slot. Someone must be present throughout the selected window for a face-to-face handover

• Other areas of Japan: Courier delivery to hotels with a staffed front desk; book at least three days ahead. For Airbnb or private-residence arrangements, please contact us before booking.​

Same-day delivery is available in our direct-service areas, subject to availability.

Delivery options are shown during booking. For bookings placed after 5:00 PM (Japan time), we’ll do our best to deliver by 9:00 PM, but later confirmations may result in delays.

Airport delivery is unavailable. Please select an accommodation address.

For special arrangements, add a note at checkout or contact us on WhatsApp.

Returning your gear is hassle-free.

 

For hotels in our direct-service areas, simply leave everything with the front desk at checkout on your final rental day.

We'll arrange collection after 12:00 PM that day. Collection is included in the delivery and return fees shown at checkout.

For Airbnbs or private residences in our direct-service areas, select an available collection window on your final rental day.

Someone must be present to hand over the equipment.

For courier returns outside our direct-service areas, we'll include a prepaid return shipping label.

Please leave the packed equipment and return label with the hotel front desk at checkout.
