Refund Policy

At MomoMama Japan, we understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows.

Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the delivery date: Full refund (no cancellation fee).

  • 7–13 days before the delivery date: 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

  • Within 7 days of the delivery date: No refund will be issued.

After Shipment or Delivery

​

If the rental item has already been shipped or delivered, the order will be considered non-refundable.

Shipping Fees

​

Delivery or shipping fees may be non-refundable once the item has been prepared or dispatched.

Processing Time

​

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
