Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand travel plans may change and aim to be fair and transparent.

Full refund: cancellations made at least 7 days before delivery date

Partial refund: cancellations within 2–4 days may incur preparation or logistics fees

No refund: same-day cancellations or after delivery has been completed
