Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fairness for both guests and our team, the following policy applies: ・Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. ・Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. ・Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. ・Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding as our concierge time is reserved exclusively for your family.
